the breakfast was very good. the overall condition of the room was good. the air conditioning.
the drainage in the shower was poor. water spilled onto the floor because of it. parts of the room were not maintained well.

rude bar staff plastic piece
the bar staff acted like i was bothering them just to order a drink. it seemed anything i asked for was a huge inconvenience to them. one day, they said no drinks by the pool, then another day it was fine. to top it off, my sister found a piece of plastic in her yogurt at breakfast one morning. you'd think i was asking for the moon to ask for decent service.

free fridge metro station super clean room
The room was a Superior Queen Room and it was super clean. The mini fridge was free and refilled every day! That was really appreciated. The walk to the metro station was lovely. Some closer options exist too.
The bar staff seemed a little unfriendly. Any request seemed like I was asking for a favor.
